Rough experience

A mail that Spoke..

I had to write to 121@airtel.in to complain about my issue and the mails as it is....

This is with regards to my number 9*********3 which was with AIRTEL for more than a year.
All this pain started with the process of MNP from AIRTEL to TATA DOCOMO as I had some benefits with Docomo connection [Employed for TATA Communications].

I had already paid an amount of Rs 500/- before the MNP process [Jan 2012], so that if there are any dues the AIRTEL Team can reduce it form the advance of 500/- paid. The MNP process was completed on the 1st week of Feb 2012.

I Used TATA Docomo for almost a month and I had received a mail stating there is due of Rs 288/- from AIRTEL But I lost my TATA Docomo sim card on April 4th 2012, while I was travelling from Chennai to Vellore. I requested the concerned person to deactivate the connection so that I can get a duplicate sim card once I am back to Chennai.

On 14th June 2012 I paid Rs 288/- To AIRTEL, since the TATA DOCOMO team had informed me that the connection was terminated from AIRTEL.
On 26th June 2012 I paid Rs 689/- to TATA DOCOMO as they claimed there is a due and hence the connection was disconnected, so once there is a no due for the number, it could be obtained from AIRTEL as it’s my parent service provider.
On 19th July 2012 I wrote a complaint/requisition letter to the sales officer/Manager at AIRTEL office Coimbatore, I was told that there will be a technical person who will assist me further, but there was no response, I thought there are no one to read my piece of paper.
On 28th August 2012 I got a sim card ‘Sim No: 8991 94040 81057 10529’ from AIRTEL and I was asked to pay Rs 638/- they said it was for process of duplicate sim card which costs Rs 350/- and outstanding fee of Rs 288/- for which I have already paid at Chennai on 14th June 2012 and I was told Rs 300/- will be refunded later to my account.
Now to prove that I have paid, you people missed to update, I had to raise a support mail on the same day support ticket number #20195
On 9th Sept 2012 I spoke with a technical assistant at Chennai and I am told that my number is still in the port out state and there will was no information or support ticket with reference to this number raised for a comeback plan.
Please note I had been paying from April 2nd till 28th August to get my number back not knowing who my service provider is.

I couldn't get a duplicate sim from TATA DOCOMO as the concerned technical person told me that the number has not been completely ported to TATA DOCOMO since there was a due.

On April 27th 2012 I was told my Docomo services were truncated as I have not paid some due amount to my old network [AIRTEL].
On April 29th 2012 my services was truncated completely from AIRTEL stating it is a Port not found issue.

Finally after researching on the internet I came to know a number can be obtained from the old network after 90days of service of the new network and this plan was called as welcome back customer plan in AIRTEL, I did not try with Docomo as they strictly said it’s over 90 days and it’s in disconnected state. [The number is neither in AIRTEL nor in Docomo].

After 90 days it’s the responsibility of my parent network to get my services in this case it happens to be AIRTEL. When I call up the senior sales office from Coimbatore AIRTEL office he doesn't even pick up.

Now I need my services back and compensation for what has happened as per your SLA.

Finally got my number from Airtel and they gave me an offer[Service credit] that I couldn't refuse.. Corporates!!!

Dancing with Maharaja

Written dancingly...
I am not a good or an interested book reader, it takes me days to complete a 100 page book of any genre be it myth or fiction or thriller or a magazine. 100 days...
But how was I able to finish this one is 3hrs 24min? Is this because it was from my brother or is it the way it’s written?
You got to get one to know why!
Yes friends this is about my brother’s book’ Dancing with Maharaja- in the IAS exam gullies’. A fiction well narrated.

The basic line is you are a rogue and your father is a bar owner who wants you to become a Government servant of the highest order, a civil service aspirant, an IAS office. But what you think is just to make sure to add another 100 to your father’s business and countries distress.
The line is father wants his son to prepare for IAS exam but the son is very much interested to develop fathers’ business.

Usually I do not read books since I am a movie freak or a buff not that much interested in writing or reading than watching, but due to reasons I was made to read this book is it the cover of the book that has the white ambi with red light on top designed by my fellow friends ? No clue I just purchased 5 copies 1st order and sat under the table light one fine evening and started to turn the cover open and went through the introduction pages then I crossed the 10th page in 30 min then same old habit close the book surf the net go to bed!

Day 2: I open the book again and started from page 1 again it was afternoon 2 45 and I was sitting in my
Nielkamal with my legs crossed on the computer table all is set the I went through the cover of the book since I was asked to share my ideas where I was given the line only. I was happy that I was able to cover the 20% in the cover with our ideas, 'our' means my friends from Nungambakkam were also a part of it.
Not worried that 80% was someone else since only a director knows what is required of the lot, so I don’t mind losing 80% of the cover.

The start was so awesome that I haven’t seen in many a books that I’ve come across, it’s the result of the civil service examination, the son and dad are having a conversation on the same,.

Now the time is 3 35PM and I have crossed almost 25 pages of the book Now I was Dancing with Maharaja.
It was 5 15 in the evening and was reading the line that said did you know the topper of 2011 is DivyaDarshini that was the end. Yeah man it was a different starting and a complete different ending.

The book portrays that even a rogue who is dedicated can become an IAS officer, but the fact is people who had been at old Rajinder nagar will have experienced each and every page of the book.

You can get one from flipkart online services they ship It free if your purchase is RS200/- and above or try with India plaza they ship it free of cost.

A book of just 214 pages including the acknowledgments, preface, and publisher information has an introduction, story, masala and climax to it.

The outline is you need dedication and hard work to achieve anything.
Read you copy and post your comments to sundar

3

3 is a psychological thriller film directed by Aishwarya Dhanush, who makes her directorial debut with the film. It stars her husband Dhanush opposite Shruti Haasan, The film features music scored by Anirudh Ravichander while the cinematography is handled by Velraj.

Being a psychological thriller Dhanush performs his best as he did for his brother in Mayakkam Enna.
The director has failed to tell why the hero turn to be psycho is it because of the true love that he has for his girl or because his friend had left him without informing?

There are many questions left unanswered during the first half interval for which you find the twist and turns happening in the second half where you come to know that the hero is affected with Bi-polar Disorder. Oh! Man another part of Mayakkam Enna starts here.

~A dog dies hero cries, heroine tries the audience dies!!! ~

Songs are a major plus for the movie all the tracks have some originality in it but pictured poor. The best example is po nee po Pictured at sabarimala.

Kolaveri Di comes out with a better Kolaveri

Trying to make it look good for the youths marriage happens in a pub and romance happens all time with a psychic touch.

Shruti Haasan has done too much to turn herself in to a school girl which is evident in her physic for which she has lost pounds and too lean to become a 12th standard girl, only thing is that she couldn't bring the feel of the script like whenever you watch her cry you fell too bored to leave the hall even. She could have done better.
Happy for Dhanush that he has just given his word that this will be the only movie he is going to act under his wife's direction.
The hero passes but the director fails since you have such a lively trailer and all the scenes you watch in the trailer is up and over in the 1st half itself.
Siva karthikayen has performed his comedy track with the one liners which giggles you and takes you to your schooling days.
Prabhu has proved he is Sivaji's heir.
Rest of the cast is all added masala to the biriyani.

Cast:-

§ Dhanush as Ram
§ Shruti Haasan as Janani
§ Siva Karthikayen as Kumar
§ Sunder Ramu as Senthil (Friend of Dhanush in Mayakkam Enna)
§ Prabhu as Ram's father
§ Bhanupriya as Ram's mother
§ Rohini as Janani's mother

Final verdict:-
Biryani happens to be delicious by its looks and decorations but in to your mouth down the digestive system tastes poor at the end.
I would rate the movie as 2/5.
It would have been good if the director had taken the story as it was in the 1st half rather bringing in psychic kick for the second half. This is evident how hard it would have been for a debutant.

Other unlucky movies for Shruti Hasaan which turned out to be a big failure in Box office.

Lingusamy in Vettai

Vettai after watching the movie I did have anything coming to my mind regarding what to write? How to write?? I don’t mean that the movie is bad but it’s the same old script inky pinky ponky father had a donkey father died donkey cried inky pinky ponky, But later thought to review the attempts taken in the movie both positive and negative ones.

First comes to our mind is The Director Lingusamy known for his racy scripts which take the three hours in a matter of puffs you get in to the theatre, you have a pop corn done 1st half is complete, then have a large coke the climax yes ! The villain dies yeah!! The hero wins J what.. The..?? Movie is done ?! What then ??? I gave 120Rs for just to drink a coke and to have popcorn ??

Same thing happens here in Vettai too 1st the film has Bi’s in all, like
2 heroes
2 heroines
2 producers
2 villains
Lucky the music is from 1 Music director and cinematography by 1 camera man.

First Hero Madhavan happy to see a hero without 6 packs. Maddy joins with the same director after Run(2002) a gap of twenty movies to the first. Maddy plays the story line of the movie and once again proves that he is worth a mass actor who can do roles both the ways romantic and action. Plays Husband to Sameera Reddy and Cop.

Not to forget the second hero Arya, who is the screenplay of the movie. Who is a jobless rogue.

The story line needs to be revealed here, after the death of their father, a police officer, and the elder brother (Maddy) takes on the same job by request of the younger (Arya). The older brother rises to fame in his job by having his younger brother secretly punish suspects and save victims for him. This angers two of the village's biggest mob bosses (Ashutosh Rana ) and (Muthukumar) , who begin to seek revenge on the elder brother. After getting severely beaten by them, the elder brother loses his fear and becomes physically stronger through training from his younger brother. How the brothers get back at two gangs and protect their families form the rest of the story.

First heroine Sameera Reddy who plays the wife of cop is introduced with a black colored half sari and a song with her younger sister. The movie has two songs in a sequence the heroes and the heroines takes first twenty minutes of the movies shows Lingu’s speed. Next twenty minutes to introduce the villains done 1st half. Best part is the light weight comedy of Arya with Amala Paul who happens to be his wife later.so both brothers marry the sisters which all started from Vanaja Girija (1994).

The character of both the heroines have suited that they look like sisters in real and the costume is also suited well that they look chic and in the legacy attire makes us believe that they are sisters in real. Technically Nirav Shah has concentrated a lot on the location of Thoothukudi and its surroundings but fight seems to be taken at Binny mills a known location for most of the Tamil movies. The color correction done in the movies is cool.

The characters are made such a way that the first hero is too sensitive to violence where as his wife is straight opposite to his character which is visible whenever she meets Arya you will know once you watch it in theatre. Dialogue delivery of Amala is better than Sameera may be the experience of Mynaa takes in account.

Amala Paul who is in for a full role after Mynaa has done her part well, she makes a good pair to watch with Arya and lip sync for the songs have matched well and looks clean.
Yuvan had done the Music and has given heavy BGM’s for the Villains and the heroes.
Editing done by Antony happy that he has understood the script and edited as per the director’s thought.

Cast:-
§ Arya as Gurumurthy

§ R. Madhavan as Thirumurthy

§ Sameera Reddy as Vasanthi

§ Amala Paul as Jayanthi

§ Ashutosh Rana as Annachi

§ Thambi Ramaiah (Constable)

§ Muthukumar as Mari

Vettai also concentrates on its title which comes after 5 minutes shows the masala and mass that is put in by the director. At the outset Lingusamy is known for Entertainment and mass movie with a romance at a corner which is all present in Vettai. If you wish to pass your time watching a sound fight and peppy number and a light comedy watch Vettai.

My rating will be 2.5/5

The negative part is make-up could have been made lighter for the heroines since Sameera is expected to be how she was in Vaarnam Aayiram at least when they are at home and Nasser could have been used better but Nasser takes the screen and audience away in the 3 scenes he comes, shows why Kamal Hassan has quoted “I am Nasser and Nasser is Kamal“.

Final Verdict:- Light but weight Vettai.

Nanban Da

As we all have seen 3 idiots for at least 3 times now we know what happens in each and every next scene that is going to follow like the entry of the hero at last who is the scientist and what might have happened on Sept 5th.. But it’s what you say as a remake.
Nanban:

The first and foremost thing comes to mind is its director Shankar, How come remake from such an ace director? Better he took the remake else the film would have wobbled in the middle. No changes made to screenplay only the place of visit (Locations) have been changed as per the preference of the Tamil audiences.

Then if it’s Shankar then off course his Set's comes to mind the road paintings in ‘Anniyan’

The body painting in ‘Sivaji’ and glass house for the song ‘Sahanna’. Snake and ladder in ‘Mudalvan’ and similarly in this film he had to paint a train for the song ‘asku lasku’. All the songs have Shankar’s touch.

The second thing is Vijay, cool boy in recent times after bodyguard Vijay has done the role as it is in the original version performed by Aamir Khan. Each and everything little expression has been taken care by Vijay so that he should not over perform or under perform so he has done it what was required from him in simple ways what the doctor ordered. Good to see him like the old boy next door even after 16 years past Poove Unakkaga (1996) and Thulladha Manamum Thullum (1999).

Then it’s Jeeva playing the role of sharman joshi though both have a similar resemblance the timely comedy are good to watch and he has performed as to the expected level.

Srikanth the illustrator is good with the Tamil version happy that Maddy did not take up the role else it would have fizzled out. The emotion scene normally makes you cry and Srikanth with Shankar have done their bit to make sure the touch of Maddy is still present in the movie.

All film will have a hero and a villain who turns to be the good guy because of the hero’s thoughts same here it’s the college Principal Mr.Viru sahasrabudhe sorry its Virumandi Santhanam (Virus) role done by Sathya Raj himself happy to see him without the hair vig and the way he speaks is quite difficult but still had to equal the performance of Boman Irani in the original version.

Then last known is Sathyan proves he is worthy an actor. He has to change is dialogue delivery from symphony Kongu Tamil to a Californian Tamil.

Usually in Shankar’s film heroines are not much concentrated except for the songs, but here the heroine comes along till the end of the movie that’s a notable point and Ileana doing her first with Vijay and second in the Tamil industry has done her part but does not make the impression like kareena Kapoor does but still has done her part may be Vijay and Sathya raj do a more than her.

Harris doing his job but still the music sounds that it’s already present in some other movie but a country obsessed with film you cannot complain copying of the tunes and remaking the same music. The effort taken to bring the chorus has worked well and the title song has come out well that it still lingers in your ears even after the movie is over.

All songs with the video are good to watch for the audience.

Movie Cast:

Vijay as Kosakhi Pasapugazh (Panchavan Parivendan)
Jeeva as Sevalkodi Senthil
Srikanth as Venkatramakrishnan
Ileana D'Cruz as Ria Santhanam
Sathyaraj as Virumandi Santhanam (Virus)
Sathyan as Srivatsan (Silencer)
S. J. Surya as Panchavan Parivendan (Guest appearance)
Anuya Bhagvath as Swetha Santhanam
Vijay Vasanth as Paneerselvam
Indrans as Virus's assistant
Manobala as 'Librarian' Bose
Uma Padmanabhan as Venkat's mother

The plus for the movie is the title itself rolls out with funny calligraphy with smiley’s J J all around. Then specific Vijay Intro a fight and a rocking trembling dance which is followed in most of his movies is not present here, Equal importance to all characters no one is given an upper hand over the other. Sound mixing by Oscar award winner Russell pookutty.

The minus points of the film is that if you remember 3idiots scene by scene then Nanban is not your movie for the festive season because the screenplay and the script is the same as in its Hindi version.

Final verdict Nanban~PongALL IS WELL

Online comments:

Nanban is an engaging film with noble intentions. Don’t miss this film Nanban has got more than something for everyone. It is very unlikely that a person finds such a wholesome package unsatisfying. All is absolutely well! Nanban is worth a watch. Nanban is the perfect feel-good fare for the festive season; despite minor glitches all is well. It is a Shankar's Sankrathi feast for the audience! Do not hesitate to watch Nanban even if you have seen 3 Idiots must watch family entertainer Nanban is sure to entertain your family and friends.
